Referral Criteria The Aboriginal Family Worker provides support to families with children 0-8 years that identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. Referral Procedure •Clients can self refer •Referral can come from other community organisations •Referral can be made via internal referral, email, fax or phone.
