What a brilliant resource!

What a brilliant resource! Like many others, our family had many months spent at a large metro hospital which we were unfamiliar with whist receiving care for one of our children. For many years I carried a tattered piece of paper in my wallet with all the important info (accommodation options and hospital service contacts) in preparation for the next urgent return trip. During the course of my work I occasionally shared that info with parents of patients and staff in similar situations. This was always received with great relief and it felt great to help others at a really stressful time. Now I can just show them the QR code for the Friendly Faces Helping Hands website.
