Rymill Park Playground

The Rymill Park Playground is located in very pretty Rymill/Murlawirrapurka Park, on the Eastern end of Adelaide city. Equipment is a combination of regular playground swings and slides with some fun rope climbing nets, swinging monkey bars, climbing wall and a cool round spinning net that kids will love.

There’s lots of lush green grass to run on, sit on and picnic on and also a big sandpit so bring your trucks and diggers.

The pond is right there and the playground is not fenced so please keep your eyes on your kids in case they wander off, and please don’t feed the ducks. 

There’s no shade over the playground equipment BUT there are lots of big shady trees around so you can escape the sun between plays if you need to The playground floor is bark chips. Shoes are probably going to need to be worn.

There are toilets and BBQ facilities near by and also lots of park benches scattered around. This is a brilliant spot for a picnic so pack your snacks or a BBQ lunch and plan to spend a few hours. Bring your scooters and bikes. The paths are great for all aged kids on wheels and a great spot for a pram walk.
