Aboriginal Family Clinic Adelaide
The Aboriginal Family Clinic (AFC) is the clinical arm of Southern Adelaide’s Aboriginal Health Service providing comprehensive primary health care to the Aboriginal people residing within the Southern metropolitan Adelaide, as well as some visiting individuals and families from the lands and interstate.
The services provided by the Aboriginal Family Clinic include:
- Health screening across the life span
- Childhood immunisation, growth and developmental stages assessment and paediatric clinic
- Chronic disease management and coordination
- Health promotion/education
- Social and well-being support
Our services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team including General Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Aboriginal Health Practitioners.
The Aboriginal Family Clinic is located in two sites:
