Blue Mountains Disability Access and Parking

Patients with a disability are catered for.

All car parks on the Nepean Hospital campus are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Parking fees apply to all Nepean Hospital campus car parks.

Concessions are available.Please read signs carefully as some parking areas are restricted. Fines may apply.

Our on campus parking is operated by Wilson Parking.

If you are coming to the Hospital campus for the first time we recommend watching our parking video, checking the map or calling us on 02 4734 2000 for advice on the most convenient car park. For direct pedestrian access to the Hospital that is protected from weather we recommend the multi-storey car park on Parker Street/Barber Avenue. There is pedestrian access from the car park to the Hospital via a covered link way which takes you to North Block Level 2.

P1 - Parker Street/Barber Avenue multi-storey car park The new multi-storey car park now open. Vehicle entry is via Parker Street (The Northern Road) southbound. There is no right turn into the car park for cars travelling northbound on Parker Street/The Northern Road. Pedestrian access from the car park to the Hospital is via a covered link way which takes you to North Block Level 2. After Hours access from this car park is via a buzzer and intercom in the covered link way. Please note some areas within this car park on Monday to Friday have 3 hour (3P) time restricted spaces.

P2 - West Block car park Vehicle entry is via Parker Street (The Northern Road) southbound. Pedestrian access from the car park to the Hospital is via the entrance to West Block.

P4 - Emergency Department car park There is limited parking in the car park immediately outside the entrance to the Emergency Department. Vehicle entry is via Derby Street. There is pedestrian access from the car park to the Emergency Department waiting room and to the Hospital via the entrance to South Block. This car park is also close to the After Hours entrance for the Hospital and for the Birth Unit.

P5 - Somerset Street multi-storey car park Located on the corner of Derby Street and Somerset Street. Vehicle entry is via Somerset Street. Pedestrian access from the car park to the Hospital is via a 300 metre open air footpath that has a slight incline. Nepean Cancer Care Centre car park There is car park dedicated for only patients and carers attending the Nepean Cancer Care Centre. Vehicle entry is via Somerset Street.
