Canberra Hospital parking

Canberra Hospital provides several car parks for patients, carers and visitors across the hospital campus. Parking ranges from all day, untimed regulated parking, to timed parking and drop off areas.

Mobility parking is available on:

• levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Southern Multi-storey car park;

• behind National Capital Private Hospital;

• beneath Building 12;

• at entrances to the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children, Pathology, and the Emergency Department.

You can access the Southern Multi-storey car park from Bateson Road. This car park is open 7 days a week.

You can access free 4 hour and all day parking at the Yamba South car park opposite Canberra Hospital.

1 hour parking spaces are located around the campus close to entrances.

A number of mobility spaces are time limited and time limits are enforced by Parking Officers under the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000. Mobility spaces in the Southern Multi-storey car park are not time limited.

If coming to Canberra Hospital for a long time, we suggest you park here and catch the courtesy bus to your appointment.
