Accommodation for patients and carers We know how important it is to be comfortable and close to your loved ones during medical treatment. Uniting offers accommodation for you, your family members or carers at Elizabeth Hunter Lodge while you attend appointments.

Located in Waverley, the lodge is available to people who are:

•Visiting from regional NSW, interstate or overseas for treatment anywhere in Sydney

•Able to live independently

•Capable of using stairs unaided if there’s an emergency

•Able to organise your own meals and transport.

Rates include self serve toast and cereal breakfast.

Single and twin rooms across two buildings: ‘The Lodge’ and ‘The Cottage’: Just like home, each room contains a single bed(s), wardrobe, fridge/freezer, TV, heater and ceiling fan. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared.

One self-contained unit: This has a twin bedroom, combined lounge/dining, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. The unit is suited to a maximum of three people and may be rented for a minimum of one week.

Two-bedroom self-contained apartments: These are available for a minimum rental of two weeks and are suitable for up to five guests. Accommodation comprises double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, combined lounge/dining, sofa bed and balcony.
