Macquarie Home Stay is your home away from home when you need to come to Dubbo to seek medical treatment at Dubbo Hospital. Established by a group of community members who saw the need for low cost but not low quality, affordable accommodation to be provided, it ensures the cost of accommodation is not a hindrance to seeking treatment when you have to attend Dubbo Hospital. Perhaps it’s the exciting time in a family with the arrival of a child, perhaps there’s a small procedure to be done in day surgery,  the difficult time where an accident has occurred and a family member has been rushed to Dubbo Hospital, there’s many reasons for needing to attend Dubbo Hospital, and that’s why we are here to support you.   

Macquarie Home Stay has been established for one purpose - to provide patients and their partner or carer with accommodation while preparing for or post treatment at Dubbo Hospital.
