SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Due to MediStay only having 6 rooms and the demand for this location next to the hospital outweighs the accommodation available we have had to instigate strict rules regarding any cancellation. If a booking is made and fully paid for, there will be no return of money paid if such booking is cancelled. However if the period booked is rebooked by another party (which is most likely) all fees paid except an admin charge of 10% will be credited back to your account. If during your stay you have to cancel prematurely, all money paid is non refundable
