Portland Tabulam Multi-Purpose Service provides residential aged care, sub-acute care beds, general medicine, community health services and a range of visiting allied health services from Lithgow Health Service.
Aged care
This small facility includes a 22-bed residential aged care facility. Respite care can be booked through the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) - call 1800 557 178.
Community and allied health services
This facility offers a range of services, including chronic and complex community care, women’s and children’s health care, and a range of visiting allied health services, which are outreached from Lithgow.
General practice
There is a private GP on site. This facility offers sub-acute inpatient care.
Pathology
The NSW Health Pathology service provides pathology collections and specimen management to outpatients 7 days a week (GP or specialist referral required).
