POWH Carer Support Service

If you are caring for a person receiving healthcare services through the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, many resources are available to support you in being ‘a partner in their care’.

A free, six-week group course facilitated by professionally trained counsellors either in person or over the phone via Talk-link. The sessions run for an hour at the same time each week.
